The Company exercises necessary and appropriate supervision over its officers, employees, and contractors (including subcontractors) who handle personal information.

Specific security measures for personal information management are stipulated in separate regulations, such as the "Personal Information Management Regulations," with key provisions outlined as follows.

  • (1) Establishing measures to ensure the proper handling of personal data, including accuracy, security, and precautions for contractors.
  • (2) Providing education and guidance to officers and employees regarding important considerations for handling personal data.
  • (3) Implementing measures to prevent theft or loss of devices, electronic media, and documents containing personal data.
  • (4) Enforcing access control to limit the personnel authorized to handle personal data and the scope of data they can access.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual, except as permitted by law.

5. Requests for Disclosure of Retained Personal Data

When the Company receives a request from an individual or their authorized representative for the disclosure of retained personal data, it will respond without delay, except in the following cases:

  • (1) When disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party.
  • (2) When disclosure may significantly hinder the proper execution of the Company’s business operation.
  • (3) When disclosure would violate applicable laws and regulations.

If the Company decides not to disclose the information or if the requested retained personal data does not exist, it will provide a response stating such.
Additionally, if an individual or their authorized representative requests the correction, addition, or deletion of retained personal data, or requests the suspension of its use, erasure, or cessation of provision to third parties, the Company will investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
