Effect: Reduction of defects in thin-wall sections
High-speed filling allows molten metal to reach thin-walled sections before solidification, preventing issues such as insufficient melt flow and cold wrinkles.

Effect: Dispersion and Refinement of Porosity
The molten metal passing through the gate becomes atomized by the rapid acceleration of injection, which improves die-casting quality by finely dispersing air bubbles that can cause casting porosities.

The tie-bar pull-out device on the stationary die plate side adopts a nut splitting system. This significantly reduces the operating time compared to the conventional nut rotation system, enabling smoother setup changes.

By controlling the pump rotation with a servo motor, energy efficiency is improved, reducing running costs.


The high-precision, high-rigidity die clamping mechanism, which accommodates dies for one rank larger machine, minimizes deflection. By optimizing the stationary and movable die plates' shapes, it effectively reduces burr formation.
