The molten metal passing through the gate becomes atomized by the rapid acceleration of injection, which improves die-casting quality by finely dispersing air bubbles that can cause casting porosities.

The tie-bar pull-out device on the stationary die plate side adopts a nut splitting system. This significantly reduces the operating time compared to the conventional nut rotation system, enabling smoother setup changes.

※ With BD-125V7EX/BD-1250V7EX, only nut rotation system is available.

By controlling the pump rotation with a servo motor, energy efficiency is improved, reducing running costs.
