It is now equipped with the latest SYSTEM700.　Key enhancements include a large, easy-to-read, and user-friendly touch screen, mold accident prevention, molding condition diagnostics, and molding navigation—focusing particularly on support functions.

One size-larger screw and heating cylinder come standard.
The results of industry-academia joint research have been incorporated into the CS series, too.

The screw and heating cylinder adopt a wear-resistant material.
Compared to conventional specifications, this reduces the wear and contributes to the stable quality of molded products.

While inheriting proven technologies such as the ""V-Clamp"" clamping mechanism, developed through industry-academia collaboration, we have improved fundamental specifications such as tie-bar spacing and ejector stroke.

Toyo Machinery (Changshu) Co., Ltd. was established in 2007 as a local subsidiary of Toyo Machinery & Metal Co., Ltd., with the aim of manufacturing molding machines for China and other Asian markets.
