Maximizing the space-saving advantages unique to vertical molding machines, TOYO has addressed a key weakness—the table height—by reducing it for improved accessibility. Additionally, the design allows operators’ toes to fit under the machine, further enhancing space efficiency, work efficiency, and overall comfort.
In VR and V types, the adoption of a three-nozzle touch mechanism, where the ball screws also function as guide bars, allows for high-speed mold opening and closing without vibration. Additionally, all ET series models feature a guide rail-supported movable platen mounted on the frame, further minimizing vibrations and ensuring fast, stable, and precise molding.
Unlike conventional toggle clamping system that relys on a two-link structure, the improved three-link system enhances stability and distributes pressure evenly across the mold surface, enabling higher accuracy in molding.
