Product Features
We have integrated SYSTEM700 into the control system. It features a large, easy-to-read, and user-friendly touchscreen, along with enhanced support functions such as mold accident prevention.
15-inch touch panel
The screen size has been expanded from 12.1 inches to 15 inches while maintaining the traditional layout for setting items. The gray-based color scheme improves visibility, and the larger screen enhances touch operability, significantly improving overall operability.
HSP mold protection control
The HSP (High Sensitive Protection) mold protection control prevents mold accidents caused by "double shot" when a molded product gets caught. By setting two key monitoring zones, it detects foreign objects with high precision. Combined with the high responsiveness of SYSTEM700, it delivers outstanding performance. Additionally, it improves mold protection accuracy even in high-cycle operations, which was previously challenging, contributing to shorter molding cycles.
Settings for table and mold cores
The status of the table surface can be checked graphically, supporting smoother setting input. The vertical machine comes standard with a core sequence. Depending on the application for the upper and lower molds, the core sequence can be selected accordingly.
By widening the operating opening, the efficiency of mold change operations has been improved. Additionally, the range of compatibility has been expanded to accommodate larger molds and automatic machines.
The adoption of TOYO's uniquely developed PLASTAR GREASE, which excels in adhesion and wear resistance and has a proven track record with the Si-6 series, results in a reduction of the grease supply amount to 1/8.
Equipped with the HSP mold protection function, in addition to the conventional detection areas, torque during mold closing is now monitored at two newly designated areas. By pinpointing abnormalities such as foreign material trapping or guide pin seizing, the mold is protected. Furthermore, a table stopper is included as standard, preventing slight misalignments in the rotational position.
