PLASTAR CS Center
※Currently in operation inside the factory building due to reconstruction.
We will provide full support from molding feasibility and machine selection to troubleshooting and improvement proposals after operation begins.
"We will conduct molding studies, prototype molding, machine selection, and molding system proposals. We also offer training on operation and maintenance at the time of machine introduction.
We will provide full support for addressing molding issues and proposing improvements during post-operation. We also offer on-site troubleshooting services at our customers’ locations."

Training and equipment
"The CS Center has various electric molding machines ranging from small to medium-sized. Essential components such as screws, heating cylinders, and injection units are mostly in place. Our goal is to replicate our customers' production environments and create conditions suitable for prototyping.
To further enhance our proposals, we are also equipped with facilities for microcellular foam molding (MuCell). Additionally, we can provide suggestions for mold design plans."
DIECAST CS Center
The CS Center has a range of machines of various sizes for installation, prototyping and trials, research, testing of new components and product development.

We have four die-casting machines (electric and hydraulic), peripheral equipment, melting furnaces, and a vacuum device.
