We have developed our unique THRV System, which enhances the essential acceleration performance in casting. By implementing this improvement in standard machines, we contribute to reducing environmental impact.

We hold a technical school to support individuals who aspire to become molding/casting technicians or those who wish to deepen their technical expertise.

Hosting of National Skills Certification
Entrusted by the Hyogo Prefecture Plastics Industry Association, we provide the venue, equipment, and human resources for the operation of the "Plastic Molding Skills Certification Practical Examination.

Promotion of Greenery (Protection of Biodiversity)
Our company is located in an environment with abundant greenery, including deciduous broadleaf trees such as cherry and zelkova. By promoting the greening of our factory, we contribute to protecting the ecosystem and biodiversity, as well as reducing CO2 emissions and improving the thermal environment through greenery.

Promotion of Health Management
To promote health and prevent passive smoking, we implemented a complete smoking ban on our premises starting in April 2021. Additionally, to encourage the health maintenance of our employees, we have introduced the health portal site PepUp and are conducting club activities.

Harmony with Local Residents
To harmonize with neighboring residents, we replaced the boundary lighting with LED lights to make the sidewalk brighter and safer. We also installed security cameras for the adjacent community association, for which we received a letter of appreciation. Additionally, at the end of 2012, we were recognized as the first Certified Business Supporting the Fire Brigade in Akashi City.
